" Track day for cancer in memory of Mike Ashcraft will be August 16th. We will open gates at 4pm run untill 11 or 12pm. And due to some request at the end of the night after racing is done there will be a burnout contest. And remember not only is this going to be a really cool event it is for cancer in memory of Mike Ashcraft a member who died of cancer. So start spreading the news lets get those ponies ready to do what they do best RUN and SHOW OFF!!! More info to come!"
I'll be getting more details from Terry tomorrow and i'm sure he will be posting up more info, as he is one of our newest members here.  |

OK Gang, We have been put in the spot light, so to say.....This is taken from Blue Ridge Mustang Club of Asheville's message board.........
"Bones and Southeastern Foxbodies will be BRMCOA guest at the track that day they have supported this event from the start and other events as well. This will be a good chance for the two clubs to meet they are a good group of people. There will also be some other stang clubs as well so come on BRMCOA lets be good host and have a good turn out for this! As Bones and I were talking man if Mike could see this he would be smiling ear to ear!"
So come on gang!!! We need a good number of members to come out for this event!!!!

Thanks Bones proud to be a member! Thanks everybody for supporting BRMCOA hope to see you all at Shadyside! I am working on sponsers then I will get some fliers to you guys so you can pass them out we need everyone to attend so we can plain more events like this next year! Yea even bowties and mopar guys can come and yea even imports they will just have to watch though. This is going to be a race for fun and a car show you can do one or the other, both or just watch. But mustangs only in the events please!

GUYS DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT RELEASE MARK WASNT SUPPOSED TO POST THAT!! EVERYONE WILL SIGN THE RELEASE AS THEY COME INTO THE TRACK THAT DAY!

t91hatch all you have to do is have a mustang and come to shadyside that day and you can run When we get closer to the date we will post some rules dont worry they want be bad. t91hatch get with bones you guys may be coming up together as a group!

OK gang, this has become OUR Track event now, as BRMCOA has decided not to be a sponsor. This event is still on for Aug 16th, and is NOW OPEN TO ALL DOMESTICS!!!!!! So spread the word and let's have a great first track event for our club!!

I may run my 92 in the street tire class too. I talked to Matt at Amazon today and he and a friend of his are going to bring a little Chevy Truck with a small (lol) turbo on it. Its only a 76mm on a rusty old chevy p/u ;D And a little 281 with a 75 shot might even try the 100 pills on it. |
