Thought it would be cool for us to post up who/where we work along with a few pictures or details. I get us started off here. I've been a graphics printer in the corrugated Industry for 19 years now. I run a Four Color Rotary Die Cutter/Printing Press. We do anything from brown boxes to display one would see in Walmart, or other stores. FujiFilm USA in Greenwood, Kyocera Mita in Simpsonville and Husqvarna in Orangeburg are just a few of our customers are two of our biggest customers. I work for Pratt Industry USA, Greenville Converting Division www.prattindustries.com/ "Pratt Industries is the world's largest, privately-owned paper and packaging company with annual sales of more than $2 billion.
The company, which employs 8,000 people in the U.S. and Australia, was founded in 1948 by Leon Pratt, the father of our owner and worldwide chairman, Richard Pratt.
The U.S. operations are based in Conyers, Georgia, and have shown dramatic growth over the past 10 years. Pratt Industries (USA) is now the 7th largest corrugated packaging company in America, with sophisticated manufacturing facilities in more than a dozen states."
Here are a few pics of my home away from home. What the press area looked like two years ago.
Raw stock on the feed end...
Press opened up for set up..
One of three printing plates for this job..
After being printed, going thru th edryer station...
printed/die cut product going down stacker..
ready to go to customer..
This is what the finished product looks like in the store..
And here are a few shots of what my press area looks like today
You can see my helper Don in that picture.

I work at Freeman Ford in Liberty North Carolina. Its a very small Ford Dealership in the middle of two cow pastures. We have 1 salesman (the owner), one accountant (owners sister), one guy to answer the phone, a service/parts manager, and two techs(Me included). 6 people run the whole dealership and we still don't have enough work to keep either me or the other tech busy. We have maybe 50 cars new and used.

I am self-employed. My company name is Spence Lawn Services and I do lawn and landscape maintenance. I work alone with no employees and I like it that way. I've been doing this for seven years and love it. Of course, I don't have the benefits like I would if I worked somewhere else, and tax season is a nightmare. But I love the freedom I have.

I got a friend at a Dodge dealer and he said he doesn't get any diag time. I'm not a huge fan of Ford warranty but I heard dodge was worse. I had to play with a 95 Cummins 3500, I hated it, I guess I'm not a CDJ Fan.

I'm a Domestic Engineer at "Mack's Garage," hehehe Before that, I was an auto policy analyst at SC Farm Bureau Insurance Co. That position basically turned into customer service rep, which shot my nerves to hades and back (which is why I'm now a DE.) My first job was Accounts Receivable Clerk at the now defunct Kline Iron and Steel in Columbia, SC.

Its all in how its filed I guess.
