bgturbokits.com $2750 bgturbokits.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=27&products_id=43I just got mine in and it looks great. It comes with the MasterPower T70, wastegate, and blowoff valve. The only thing you need is injectors and a mass air meter if you are running mass air. Go to turbomustangs.com plenty of guys running on there with this kit. It will split a stock block (stock intake and heads).

MPT70 is a pretty good turbo, Thomas used one on his turbo 4.6 that he built... it started making boost at like 1800rpm... made 14psi by 2800 and never saw it drop off even turning it 6500+ a few times... and it had mildly ported heads and some fairly large cams... makes for a freaking awesome powerband

A 331 with the BG kit is easy 480 - 520 rear wheel on low boost.
Go on turbomustangs and look around it is amazing how many big hp cars are around with not allot of parts just a good turbo kit.

Most mp70 sell for 550-590 shipped. Most turbo companys list them by the size of the inducer. Unless there greddy they have a goofy way as there t88 is more like a 70-72 mm inducer.

If the Kit is Mild steel then $4200 is to high if its not jet hot coated and it is running a Master Power Turbo. There are not may people out there who really understand what turbos require in order to be reliable. All the systems out there are less than reliable as far as daily driving goes. The fact that they all run a single 38mm WG is a joke, the amount of Exhaust Volume that has to be passed through it in order to give you proper boost control is far more than a 38MM can handle. They also dont place their gates in the Exhausts flow path with makes it very hard for the Exhaust to exit with out having to build up pressure against the turbo first. If you are already spooled and at your peak boost then it will have a hard time maintaining that level without spiking. We run a 38mm off each header in the flow path to completely eliminate spiking, NO other Company does that. The biggest issue is that these are Performance guys that try and learn turbos and their understanding of the requirements of a turbo system is usually lacking quite a bit. Charge temp is another issue that you will run into because of everyone using China Intercoolers that will, if you a very lucky, only give you a 70% efficiency. All of these issues are the reason that we started Velocity Turbo Systems. Our Price is higher than everybody else's BUT we offer WAY more for your money. With our kits you get to choose the turbo size that best fits your combination from a 58mm to a 76mm at NO extra charge. Hellion charges you $599, you know how much more it costs them to get you a bigger unit? NOTHING!!! They charge you $600 for NOTHING! All Turbonetics head units in a T4 base are the exact same Price from 58mm to 76mm so why pay more? Also We are the ONLY company that offers a Intercooler that is 98% efficient. At 25lbs of boost with our Smallest Intercooler we were able to get a charge temp of only 2 degrees above outside temps. The Best thing that we offer is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on every part Except for the Turbonetics turbo that already has a 1 year warranty.
When making your selection for a turbo kit for your car Price should be the last thing you should consider, it could lead to the system failing or even worse it could shoot metal in your motor and destroy everything.
Since you are all Members of SEFB We are offering some huge $500 off discounts that also include a FREE Universal Overflow System (retails at $259). Bones actually just WON the one that we had the drawing for at MW08!! I can Very easily make you a 1 off kit, so if you would like a quote on a custom unit just contact me on my Personal Cell: (919) 422-3831 or Email me at Stephen@VelocityTurboSystems.com.
Just do research First! Go to VelocityTurboSystems.com and read the "How a turbo works" and FAQ sections and better educate yourself on the function of these systems before you put good money after bad trying to get a less than ideal system to work like it should in the first place.
If anybody Needs turbo Help dont hesitate to call or E-mail me with your questions. Although I would love to make sales I would much rather make sure that you guys dont get screwed by anyone. I will help you to the best of my ability whether or not it leads to a sale!
