a guy i work with has an 87 LX coupe that hes thinking of selling, he says its it good shape and that the onlything wrong with it is that it has a funky idle issue.... its a speed density car still so im guessing it has something to do with that...
so roughly, what would it be worth?

It really depends on 4 things.
Paint Interior Modifications Damage history
You will see these cars go from $1000 to $4000 stock. There are so many variables it is hard to put a price without seeing it in person, and driving it.

Hell, it's hard to find nice 4 cyclinder coupe's in the $1,000-$4,000 price range anymore.
