Welcome ! Nice looking ride ( silver is one of my fave colors on a Stang ), and looks to be quite the hauler too ! Howd you wind up hurting the motor ? Thanks man. Cars been a best of 9.00@152mph so yeah it goes pretty good for being a SOHC 4.6 :-) On first pass car was breaking up bad above 7k and was way off on et 6.40@106 vs norm 5.75-5.80 120+ so I knew something was up... on 2nd pass car wouldn't even come up on the 2-step so it was definately down on power. I don't know what it ran because I went over center line but my oil pressure dropped to 0 when on return road. I am pretty sure I spun a bearing. I'll have it torn down by the weekend. We shall see. Dayum ! I sure hate to hear it, but I'm sure you look at adversity the same way I do: A setback is a good excuse/reason to upgrade LOL ! Thats impressive for a 2V BTW. I know there are folks running some sick numbers with 'em, but other than a buddy a few years ago running bottom 10's with a non-pi car, you're the only other person I've had contact with running that quick other than the Lightning folks I hang with. My L only runs 12's, but I have some friends with high 9 trucks. Other than dabbling with Farmtrucks though, I'm all about the Stang scene. I cant wait to see what you find out, and how you upgrade to fix it all. Let us know if we can help...
