Just did some work on a friends car and he gave me a huge box of what he called "crap". In the box was a radiator(5.0) thats ok but what was underneight was a A9S computer and what I would call a piggyback MAF conversion it plugs between the computer and the engine harness. Is this any good?? Garbage or a good thing to run on my 88 Coupe. I also got an engine harness but it had no mass air, so I think they both came from the same car. Thanks for any input.

This piggy backs the computer, then the other end connects to the mass air meter meter correct (it's like a cable)? I haven't seen one of those in a while. They use to be around in the early 90's. That is what I used on my 88 coupe to convert it to mass air. Never had one problem at all with it.

Yeah its a black spacer between the computer and the engine harness that has a black cable coming out of it going to the mass air flow sensor. So its just as good as having a mass air flow harness then??
