ok to start you can do the fronts 2 differnt ways 1 is with front rotors from a 93 lincoln mark 7. or sn/95 front spindals . for the rear you will need 2 drivers side rear axles from a ranger and drums from the same .
i did the cheaper way for the front mark 7 rotors just remove old rotors repack front wheel bearings install new rotors an i did new pads also
for the rear unbolt sway bar remove rear cover pull 8 mm pin for the cross pin pop out the c clips remove axles install new 5 lug axles with drums reinstall c clips cross pin 8 mm bolt reseal cover install add gear lube with posi additive bolt sway bar up an enjoy huge wheel selection woo hoo

but your still limited to front wheel choices. many of the newed mustang wheels are a challenge to use the center caps on, you have to go with out the dust cap on the rotor. and you still have crappy brakes.

I'm getting ready to do the 5 lug conversion. Got most of the parts, sn95 spindles, moser 31 rear, 31 posi, c clip elim. The sn95's will fit centercap easily. What year rear drums should I get? I know I need: -95 front disc brakes/rotors -Front brake lines -the 8mm washer -rear drums -fluid

i forget the exact year spread on the drums, but you will want the 9" 5lug ranger/aerostar drums.
"To keep the stock rear wheel offset and drums, the '83-'92 Ranger/Bronco II Left (driver) side axle (29-5/32") from a 4cyl or 3.0L V-6 with the 7.5" rear end, or '86-'97 Aerostar RIGHT side axles (29-5/32") is what you want."
if you can wait till the first of the year you can have my drums. im going to rear disk. i think they are around $40 a piece new. if you can find some in a junk yard, o'rielly's will turn then for $8 a piece.
for the fronts, look for 99-04 V6 or GT brakes, they are the 11.65" units with dual piston calipers. you will have to do a tiny bit of grinding on the spindles, but they will clear skinnies upfront and are a great set of brakes. i already sold mine though. for front braided lines and banjo bolts i got them from johnboy at hilbish ford, i think they were $55 shipped, that included the lines, banjo bolts, and washers. you will also need an adapter for the passenger side that goes between the hard body line and the soft line. some places make lines with the correct fitting on them. you will also need some washers/spacers, or to use an sn95 ball joint in the fox control arm. i used 3 5/8" ID washers from home depot per side.
check sn95brakes.com or hit me up if i can help.
