I was wondering if anybody has a SQ trimmed 5.0 and what you are using in the way of air and fuel components ?

I've got one on my 93. V2 SQ-S Trim with aftercooler. Have had it on there for about 2 years. Had a Novi before.
All the usual bolt-on stuff. I did find a new Vortech Igloo cooler setup and took out the center chiller section to make a boxed intake. Turned out very well.

I was wondering if anybody has a SQ trimmed 5.0 and what you are using in the way of air and fuel components ? I would do 42 Lb. injectors and mass air meter. It'll allow you to grow cause 99% of all mustang guys/girls DO NOT stop at just a Vortech.LOL. |

I currently run 30lb. injectors and a 73mm MAF with a 70mm TB . It has an E-cam and a Explorer intake . I haven't had it tuned since the blower upgrade from an A-Trim to the V2 SQ and the cam swap . Do you guys think I can ditch the FMU if I go to 42's ?

I run 42's with no FMU. Works great. Just need a tune as well.
