Well, there is alot of irony in this post as I work in a service dept at a Ford dealer, but as I was about to leave work to pick up my oldest son from b-ball practice it would just turn over but no start. After the 2nd try I realized my fuel pump was not running. I had just replaced the f/p relay like 2 weeks ago so I removed and reinstalled it..................nothing. Luckily for me my boss hadn't left yet so they let me take a loaner home...........guess I'm replacing a fuel pump this month instead of brakes and installing the shocks/struts I have. Just not good timing for it.................AARRGGGHHHH!!!!! ok rant over, thanks for reading.................

Update: Thanks to Peter (capriracer) I checked the connector to the fuel pump relay and the previous owners must have pulled one of the terminals in the connector out and put it back in with JB Weld!! it was sticking out 1/3 way so it has been a miracle that I've driven this car like this since June last year. After spending $24.00 for a new connector for the relay and splicing in, it runs like it did before, maybe even a little better!

I'm sure your glad about that. It would have really been aggrevating to replace the pump and then still have the problem.

Update: so it has been a miracle that I've driven this car like this since June last year..... especially on the mountain run in October..... of course with all of us that went... it would have looked like pit at Darlington everybody swarming over the car and you would have been rolling again in probably 23.52 seconds

Yeah, would not have been fun if it had acted up while going up and down those curves, speaking of mountain runs........we should have another one before it gets too warm
