Well, I was bored at work yesterday and I ran the vin # of my mustang through the oasis to see just if per chance there were any recalls on my GT. As of right now there are 2 open recalls that were never done.....
95S28 Ignition switch replacement
91E13 Exhaust system catalyst inspection/replacement
so it's looking like I'm going to get a brand new ignition switch for free and get a refund on the one I just put in last year........... and I may even get a new set of cats.......if mine are the ones that need replacing and also if they make them anymore.............you figure though on a 20 year old car these would have been done already.....one recall is 17 yrs old and the other one is 13 yrs old. If anyone here wants me to check their vin #'s for recalls either post up or pm me.

I work for a Dodge Dealership in the service dpt. I know all of our recalls are lifetime warranty. Also you will have to send Ford a copy of the repair order where you had the ignition switch replaced previously. They will not refund you at the Dealership when you go in and report it.
